Job summary

PestCo Holdings LLC is seeking a dedicated Pest Control Service Technician in Vancouver, WA. You will provide pest remediation and prevention solutions for residential and commercial properties while maintaining safety and professional standards.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to excellent customer service. A sign-on bonus of $1,000 is offered with performance milestones and a potential for growth within the company.

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (To qualify for the Sign-On Bonus, must hold an active pest control license)

• $500 will be paid after 30 days of employment
• $500 will be paid after 90 days of employment

Location: Vancouver, WA (Office location is Vancouver, however techs leave from and return home each day in company provided vehicle. Work from office location 2 times a month and while training.)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Saturdays may be required)

Key Responsibilities

A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation:

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest Control experience preferred but not required.
