PestCo Holdings LLC is seeking a full-time Pest Control Service Technician in Vancouver, WA. This role involves delivering pest remediation and prevention for residential and commercial properties, with duties to estimate treatments and ensure customer satisfaction.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong communication and customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Sign-on bonus eligibility is noted in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest remediation and prevention solutions for residential or commercial properties.
• Estimate and propose one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance.
• Complete scheduled customer appointments on time following company policies and regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert to select the most effective pest solution for each customer.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed and maintain vehicle, PPE, and paperwork in good order.

Location: Vancouver, WA (Office location is Vancouver, however techs leave from and return home each day in company provided vehicle. Work from office location 2 times a month and while training.)

Key Responsibilities:

A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation:

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Pest Control experience preferred but not required.
