We are seeking a hardworking, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position based in Olympia, WA, with reporting to our Fife, WA office once per week.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and also excels independently.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. $20 - $22 an hour

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns
2. Maintaining truck and equipment in good condition
3. Accurately recording treatments provided
4. Following state and federal laws when mixing and applying pesticides
5. Providing expert pest solutions tailored to customer needs
6. Servicing all route customers per company standards
7. Advising customers on potential issues
8. Reporting problems encountered during service
9. Maintaining proper pesticide inventory
10. Carrying a backpack pesticide applicator weighing approximately 50 lbs
11. Work schedule includes every other Saturday

Qualifications:

1. No experience necessary; training provided
2. Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
3. Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years)
4. Drug test and background check required
