Job Overview:

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This full-time Pest Control Technician position is based in the Tacoma, WA area, with reporting to our Tacoma office once per week. Ideal candidates enjoy working in a team environment and excel individually.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $20 - $22 an hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily routes addressing customer pest concerns
• Maintain truck and equipment
• Keep accurate treatment records
• Apply pesticides per regulations
• Provide tailored pest solutions for customers
• Maintain route standards and customer relationships
• Advise customers on potential issues
• Report problems to management
• Manage pesticide inventory
• Work in local areas with routes assigned
• Carry approximately 50 lbs backpack
• Work every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license (minimum 3 years)
• Clean driving record (no more than one violation in past year, two in past four)
• Drug test and background check required
