Job Details Job Location: Work From Home - Home, TX Salary Range: Undisclosed

Stone Security, a BearCom company, is a leading provider in security integration, committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Install, program, start-up, check-out, certify systems, and provide customer training on assigned projects.
2. Run wiring, install hardware, and field terminate all devices.
3. Inspect and test systems, batteries, and wiring; make adjustments and repairs as needed.
4. Replace malfunctioning hardware when necessary.
5. Ensure installations meet Stone Security Standards.
6. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and specifications to determine installation procedures, with assistance for complex specifications.
7. Perform additional related duties as required.
8. Travel is required.
9. Be part of a dynamic team that fosters growth for both the individual and the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least one year of experience installing network camera systems (Milestone, Axis, Hanwha, Bosch).
• At least one year of experience installing security systems (DMP, Bosch).
• At least one year of experience installing access control systems (Lenel, S2).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership in security installation teams.
• Interest or experience in networking, computers, and IT is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related work experience required; on-the-job training may be provided.
• Physical ability to use hand and power tools, install hardware, and wiring.
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for prolonged periods.
• Must reside near Anchorage, Alaska.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
