Aptive Environmental is seeking a hard-working Pest Control Technician to join our field team in the Poway, CA area. This full-time role reports to the San Diego office once a week and features an uncapped bonus structure, company vehicle, and paid training.

You will manage daily routes, apply pesticides in compliance with laws, maintain equipment, and keep accurate treatment records. No experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing efficient pest solutions.
• Maintain and service all route customers according to standards.
• Carry a product backpack and be prepared for local area routes.
