Aptive Environmental is seeking a Pest Control Technician to serve customers around the South Bend, IN area. This full-time, on-the-road role reports weekly to the Merrillville/South Bend office and includes a company vehicle for local use, plus paid training and potential overtime.

No prior experience is required; you will receive paid training. A valid US driver's license with a clean driving record is required, and you will undergo a drug screen and background check as part of the hiring

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past four years).
• Drug test and background check will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily local route addressing customer pest concerns.
• Maintain truck and equipment in good condition; keep accurate records of treatments.
• Mix, apply and manage pesticides following state and federal laws.
