Aptive Environmental is seeking a Pest Control Technician to cover routes in the Arnold, MO area. This full-time on-site role involves traveling local routes, applying pesticides according to state and federal laws, and maintaining equipment and records.

No experience is required as training is provided; a valid US driver’s license is required and a clean driving record is preferred. The position includes a company vehicle and benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; training will be provided.
• A US driver’s license valid for at least 3 years is required.
• Clean driving record preferred (no more than two moving violations in the last four years).
• Drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient pest solution.
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards.
• Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed of issues.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides in usage.
• Carry a product backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs.
• Route will be assigned in local area; overtime opportunities exist.
