Aptive Environmental is hiring a Pest Control Technician to service customers on a regular route around Green Bay, WI. This full-time field role includes driving a company vehicle, delivering pest control solutions, and maintaining equipment in top condition.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Valid US driver’s license for 3+ years is required.
• Clean driving record and pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Run daily routes to address customer pest concerns.
• Maintain truck and equipment in good condition.
• Keep accurate treatment records and inventory of pesticides.
• Mix, apply, and document pesticide usage per laws.
• Advise customers on potential issues and solutions.
• Report problems to management and ensure route standards.
