Job summary

Aptive Environmental, LLC is hiring a Pest Control Technician to service the St. Louis area on a daily route. This full-time role reports to the St. Louis office weekly and offers a company vehicle, overtime opportunities, and uncapped bonuses.

You'll work in a team environment and also operate independently to resolve pest concerns, maintain equipment, and document treatments in compliance with state and federal laws. Training is provided for all new hires.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• US driver’s license with minimum 3 years validity.
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 in the past 4 years).
• Drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by delivering effective pest solutions.
• Maintain and service all route customers per company standards and procedures.
• Advise customers of potential problems; inform management of issues on routes.
• Carry a product backpack weighing ~50 lbs on assigned routes.
