Job Overview:

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This full-time Pest Control Technician position involves working on the road around Louisville, KY. The role reports to our Louisville office once per week. The ideal candidate enjoys teamwork and also excels individually.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns
2. Maintain truck and equipment
3. Keep accurate treatment records
4. Handle pesticides per laws
5. Implement effective pest solutions tailored to customer needs
6. Service all route customers per standards
7. Advise customers on potential issues
8. Report problems to management
9. Maintain pesticide inventory
10. Work in your local area on assigned routes
11. Carry a backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
12. Work every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than 1 violation in past year, 2 in past 4 years)
• Drug test and background check required
