About the Position:

We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position based in the Cleveland, OH area. The role involves reporting to our Cleveland office once per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and also excels independently.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $17.50 - $21.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily routes to address customer pest concerns
• Maintain truck and equipment
• Keep accurate treatment records
• Apply pesticides following laws and safety standards
• Provide expert pest solutions tailored to customer needs
• Service and maintain customer routes
• Advise customers on potential issues
• Report problems to management
• Manage pesticide inventory
• Work in local areas and carry a backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
• Work every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year, no more than two in four years)
• Drug test and background check required
