We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position based in Littleton, CO, with reporting to our Greenwood Village, CO office once per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and excels individually.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.50 - $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

1. Manage daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns
2. Maintain truck and equipment in proper condition
3. Keep accurate treatment records
4. Apply pesticides following laws and safety standards
5. Provide expert pest solutions tailored to customer needs
6. Serve and maintain customer routes according to standards
7. Advise customers on potential issues
8. Report route problems to management
9. Manage pesticide inventory responsibly
10. Work in local areas, carrying a backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
11. Work schedule includes every other Saturday

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year, and no more than two in the past four years)
• Drug test and background check required
