Dodson Pest Control is seeking a full-time PC Technician to join our Leesburg, VA team. The role involves inspecting and diagnosing pest issues in residential and commercial settings, delivering professional pest management services, and maintaining strong customer relations.

Experience in pest control is helpful but not required; we provide comprehensive training. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work occasional Saturdays are required. Average earnings around $60,000 per year.

Salary Range: $49,500.00 To $72,000.00 Annually

Average earnings are $60,000 per year.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Inspect and diagnose pest issues in both residential and commercial settings
• Provide Pest Management services to residential and commercial customers in a professional manner
• Be customer service oriented at all times
• Apply pesticides in safely and effectively in accordance with the label and State regulations
• Willingness to attend and complete all scheduled training and to become a registered technician or certified and/or licensed applicator.
• Willingness to adjust standard work schedule to meet the needs of our customers, which may require occasional Saturday work

Qualifications for this position include:
