Responsibilities
- Complete our award-winning, company-paid training to learn the skills for managing a pest control service route.
- Drive a company vehicle, follow a route schedule within your territory, and ensure timely, safe arrivals at each customer.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services for comprehensive pest management.
- Serve as a problem solver to determine the most efficient pest solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Complete all service documentation accurately using your provided handheld device.

Qualifications
- No experience required—training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid)
- Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers
Work Environment
Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:
- Use ladders safely within weight limits
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators when necessary
- Work in various weather conditions
