Responsibilities
Join our team and you will take care of our commercial accounts by conducting in-depth inspections, developing solutions, and treating customer facilities. You will maintain excellent customer relations through professional service, knowledgeable communication, and precise documentation. You will be a vital part of a growing, financially stable company.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests professionally and promptly.
- Serve as a problem solver for customers using provided training and all company resources to determine the best solutions for their needs.
- Pay close attention to detail, work independently, and be self-motivated.
- Gain knowledge of pest control methods and products through training.
- Ensure accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
- Work flexible hours to meet complex customer requirements as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- No experience required!
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage routes.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
- Good driving record and pass a drug screening.
- Meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs., safely using ladders, and accessing crawl spaces, attics, etc.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
