Responsibilities

The Orkin Pro provides safe and professional protection and service to customers on a designated route. Your career begins with comprehensive, award-winning training to develop skills in route operations, scheduling, issue diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will work to understand customer problems and resolve them effectively.

You will...

• Complete our award-winning training to learn essential skills
• Prioritize safety in all tasks
• Follow route and daily schedules within your territory, ensuring timely arrivals
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain its cleanliness
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Act as a problem solver with empathy, understanding customer needs and recommending effective solutions
• Meet with customers to explain actions, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services
• Inspect customer properties, both interior and exterior
• Communicate effectively with customers about services and satisfaction
• Accurately complete all service documentation using provided handheld devices
