Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Orkin Pros. No pest control experience required; comprehensive training provided to build a long-term career in a stable, recession-resistant industry.

You will serve customers on your daily route, protect homes and businesses, and grow with a national leader. Responsibilities include inspecting properties, communicating solutions clearly, and maintaining company vehicles and handheld reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Wear PPE and access crawl spaces, attics and rooftops.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers professionally on your daily route and provide pest protection.
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues, training provided.
• Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
• Recommend additional services that bring peace of mind.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Use a ladder safely within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
