Job summary

PestCo Holdings LLC is hiring a Pest Control Service Technician in Houston. The role focuses on providing pest remediation and prevention for residential and commercial properties, with a Monday-Friday schedule and full-time status.

The technician will estimate treatments, act as the subject matter expert for customers, and follow safety protocols. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist across the PestCo network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills across verbal, written, and in person.
• Excellent customer service and in-person presentation abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Pest control experience or license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest remediation and prevention solutions for residential or commercial properties.
• Estimate and recommend one-time treatments and ongoing maintenance.
• Complete all scheduled appointments on time per company policies and regulations.
• Serve as SME to tailor pest solutions for each customer.
• Use safety equipment as instructed and maintain PPE.
• Keep vehicle, uniforms, equipment, and literature in good order.
• Stay focused on duties during working hours as directed by supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation:

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.
