We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team! This is a full-time Pest Control Technician position located on the road in the area around Butler, PA. The role reports to our office in Bridgeville, PA once per week. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a team environment and excels individually.

Compensation and Benefits:

Responsibilities include:

• Running daily routes to resolve customer pest concerns
• Maintaining truck and equipment
• Keeping accurate treatment records
• Applying pesticides per laws
• Providing expert pest solutions tailored to customer needs
• Servicing all route customers according to standards
• Advising customers on potential problems
• Reporting issues to management
• Managing pesticide inventory
• Working in your local area
• Carrying a backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs
• Working every other Saturday

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in a year, two in four years)
• Pass drug test and background check
