Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to operate on a daily route around Flint, MI. The role involves treating for pests, maintaining equipment, and keeping accurate service records. You will report to the Detroit office weekly.

No prior experience is required as we provide paid training and a company vehicle. A valid US driver's license and a clean driving record are essential, with background checks and drug testing included.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• A US driver’s license valid for at least 3 years is required.
• Clean driving record: no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two in the past 4 years.
• Drug test and background check will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides per state and federal laws.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides and service all route customers.
