This full-time role offers a starting wage of $20–$23 per hour, a performance bonus program, a company vehicle, and paid training.

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity
• Perform pest control and extermination services safely and effectively

• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Pest Control Technician

About this position

$20–23/hour + Performance Bonuses + Company Vehicle + Paid Training

Schedule: This is a full-time position with a typical Monday–Friday workweek and occasional seasonal overtime. During December, January, and February, employees with less than two years of service are guaranteed at least 35 hours per week. After completing two years of service, employees are guaranteed 40 hours per week during those months.

Location: Clive, IA (Des Moines area)

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working around insects and rodents
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test
• Must be able to meet respirator fit requirements.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards
• Ability to pass pre‑employment testing
