Job summary

PestCo is hiring a full-time Pest Control Service Technician in Clarkston, WA. You will provide pest remediation and prevention solutions for residential or commercial properties, maintaining safety and professionalism on every job.

Responsibilities include estimating treatments, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring compliance with company policies. A valid driver’s license and background check are required; pest control experience or license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in person, written and verbal.
• Excellent customer service and presentation abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel/bend as needed.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Pest control experience or license preferred but not required.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Saturdays occationally Required)

Key Responsibilities:

A Pest Control Service Technician is responsible for providing pest remediation and prevention solutions to commercial or residential structures. Duties include, without limitation:

• Maintain a good driving score, by following posted speed limits and following all traffic laws
• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable Company policies and local rules and regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed.
• Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature etc.
• Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company.
