Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a Pest Control Technician to service a local Ashland area route. You will resolve customer pest concerns, operate and maintain company trucks, and log treatments accurately.

The position requires no prior experience and includes paid training, overtime opportunities, and a full benefits package. You’ll work with a supportive team and report to the Richmond office weekly.

Qualifications

• No prior pest control experience required; training provided.
• US driver’s license valid for at least 3 years.
• Drug test and background check will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route addressing customer pest concerns.
• Maintain truck and equipment in good working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments performed.
• Mix, apply, and handle pesticides per laws and guidelines.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides and supplies on route.
