Plunkett's Pest Control is hiring a Pest Control Supervisor to lead a team across TX and NM, including El Paso, Las Cruces, and Alamogordo. You will coach field technicians, drive territory growth, and manage large accounts while promoting safety and excellent service.

Responsibilities

The supervisor will oversee the following territories – El Paso, Las Cruces, Alamogordo, and the surrounding areas.

Total compensation base + bonus = $60,000 - $65,000

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices
• Willingness to work extended hours and some weekends
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass state pest control licensing exams

Nice to Have

• Experience in the pest control industry
• Comfortable working independently, solving problems, and keeping detailed records
• Six months in route management, route sales, customer service, sales, or account management
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Good to Know

This role involves regular phone, email, and face‑to‑face communication with your team out in the field, as well as with customers. You'll be on the go working alongside your technicians in a variety of outdoor and indoor settings and seasonal weather.
