Job summary

Plunkett's Pest Control in the Dallas/Ft Worth area seeks a Service Supervisor to lead a team of Service/Sales Route Technicians. You will oversee a territory, coach staff, and maintain a safety-first culture while delivering excellent customer service.

You'll spend time in the field with your team, set sales goals, and develop strong relationships with key customers, while ensuring efficient routes and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Top-notch client service skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to pass state pest control licensing exams.
• Willingness to work extended hours and some weekends.
• Background check, drug screen, and MVR required.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Oversee a territory and manage a team of pest control technicians
• Spend time out in the field with your team, coaching and leading by example

What You'll Need

Nice to Have

• Experience in the pest control industry
• Comfortable working independently, solving problems, and keeping detailed records
• Six months in route management, route sales, customer service, sales, or account management

Good to Know

This role involves regular phone, email, and face-to-face communication with your team out in the field, as well as with customers. You'll be on the go working alongside your technicians in a variety of outdoor and indoor settings and seasonal weather.
