Job summary

Plunkett's Pest Control is seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of Service/Sales Route Technicians across TX/NM, overseeing territory operations and coaching staff in the field. The role focuses on growing the route, meeting sales goals, and maintaining service quality.

You will supervise technicians, train new hires, manage relationships with customers, and uphold safety standards. Base pay and bonuses combine to a total compensation range of $60,000–$65,000.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills, written and verbal.
• Willingness to work extended hours and some weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass state pest control licensing exams.

Total compensation base + bonus = $60,000 - $65,000

Nice to Have

• Experience in the pest control industry
• Comfortable working independently, solving problems, and keeping detailed records
• Six months in route management, route sales, customer service, sales, or account management
• Fluent in Spanish and English

Good to Know

This role involves regular phone, email, and face-to-face communication with your team out in the field, as well as with customers. You'll be on the go working alongside your technicians in a variety of outdoor and indoor settings and seasonal weather.
