Job summary

Plunkett's Pest Control in the Dallas/Ft Worth area seeks a Service Supervisor Lead to oversee a territory and guide a team of Service/Sales Route Technicians. You’ll coach, mentor, and drive growth while ensuring exceptional customer service and safety standards.

You’ll spend time in the field with your team, set sales goals, train new technicians, and build strong relationships with key customers. A strong leadership background and commitment to our Core Four values are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills, written and verbal.
• Top-notch client service skills.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices.
• Willingness to work extended hours and some weekends.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass state pest control licensing exams.
• Must pass a physical capability assessment, drug test, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a territory and manage a team of pest control technicians.
• Spend time out in the field with your team, coaching and leading by example.
• Help drive growth across your territory and set sales goals.
• Lead setups for large accounts.
• Train new technicians and keep current ones sharp.
• Build strong relationships with key customers.
• Promote a safety-first culture (OSHA, state, and Plunkett's standards).
• Review reports to keep routes and productivity running smoothly.
• Keep an eye on costs for labor, materials, supplies, and vehicles.
• Communicate clearly with your team and customers, verbally and in writing.
