Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and minor construction tasks. The role involves interacting with customers, conducting inspections, and ensuring safe, effective service in residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities include installing exclusion traps, wildlife removal, and adhering to safety protocols while continually learning about industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow product labels.

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients; install and maintain termite control systems.
• TAP insulation installation; ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with light construction, including minor repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and guidance on pest control measures.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal; follow safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training to enhance skills.
