Job summary

Terminix International is seeking a dedicated Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest-control inspections, install TAP insulation, and support exclusion services in the Ocala, FL area. You will work with residential and commercial clients, ensuring safety and high-quality service.

The role includes light construction tasks, customer communication, and staying current with industry practices. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work in varied environments are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to perform inspections and pest-control services for residential and commercial clients.
• Willingness to learn TAP insulation installation and exclusion work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and pest-control services for residential and commercial clients; install and maintain termite control systems.
• Efficiently install TAP insulation and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and provide guidance on pest control measures.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal while following safety protocols.
