Job summary

Terminix in Florida is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control inspections for residential and commercial clients, install and maintain termite control systems, and participate in TAP insulation installations.

You will also assist with light construction and repairs, communicate clearly with customers, follow safety protocols, and stay updated on industry regulations through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday as needed.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).

Responsibilities

• Pest control: conduct inspections, perform pest control services, install and maintain termite control systems.
• TAP insulation installation: install Thermal Acoustical Pest control insulation with quality and safety in mind.
• Construction and repairs: assist with light construction related to pest damage.
• Customer interaction: communicate with customers to explain services and guidance.
• Service delivery: perform exclusion services and wildlife removal while following safety protocols.
• Continuous learning: stay updated on industry trends and training.
