Job summary

Rentokil seeks an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction duties in residential and commercial settings. You will inspect for pests, install insulation, and assist with exclusion work while following safety protocols.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and strong reading, writing, and math skills. The role requires flexibility to work Monday through Saturday and daily on-site presence in

Qualifications

• Clean shaven face for safety reasons (rebreathers must seal)
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Basic math skills for mixing on product labels
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us)
• Customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: Inspect for pest activity and perform pest control for residential and commercial clients
• TAP Insulation Installation: Install Thermal Acoustical Pest (TAP) insulation and manage job-site prep and cleanup
• Construction and Repair: Assist with minor construction related to pest damage
• Customer Interaction: Explain services, ensure satisfaction, and guide on pest control measures
• Service Delivery: Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training
