Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Innovation/Utility specialists to perform pest control, exclusion services, TAP insulation installation, and light construction. You will help protect homes and businesses while delivering high‑quality service in our communities.

This role requires physical stamina, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work Monday through Saturday as needed. We provide benefits starting day one, comprehensive safety training, and opportunities to grow within the Rentokil

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to perform in varied indoor/outdoor environments.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients.
• Install and maintain termite control systems and TAP insulation.
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate effectively with customers and provide guidance on pest control.
• Perform exclusion and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
