Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Innovation/Utility specialists to perform pest control, exclusion services, TAP insulation installation, and light construction.

You will interact with customers, set up exclusion traps, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, performing pest control services for residential and commercial clients, and assisting with exclusion devices and wildlife removal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial clients for pest activity and install/maintain termite control systems.
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site preparations and cleanup.
• Assist with light construction, including minor repairs related to pest damage.
