Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking an Innovation/Utility specialist in the United States to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction. The role includes inspecting properties, installing exclusion devices, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will also handle wildlife removal, operate safely in varied environments, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Willing to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pest Control: inspect, service residential and commercial clients, and install termite control systems.
• TAP insulation installation: install insulation with quality and safety focus.
• Construction and repair: assist with light construction, minor repairs related to pest damage.
• Customer interaction: communicate with customers to explain services and guidance on pest control.
• Service delivery: perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with safety protocols.
• Continuous learning: stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
