Job summary

Plunkett's Pest Control seeks a Service Supervisor to lead a field team in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. You will oversee a territory, coach technicians, and drive growth while maintaining safety and client service standards.

You’ll spend time with your team in the field, setting performance goals, leading by example, and building strong customer relationships. Background checks and licensing will be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills, written and verbal.
• Top-notch client service skills.
• Must pass state licensing exams and background checks.

What You'll Need

• Willingness to work extended hours and some weekends
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass state pest control licensing exams
• Must pass a physical capability assessment, drug test, and background check

Nice to Have

• Experience in the pest control industry
• Comfortable working independently, solving problems, and keeping detailed records
• Six months in route management, route sales, customer service, sales, or account management

Good to Know

This role involves regular phone, email, and face-to-face communication with your team out in the field, as well as with customers. You'll be on the go working alongside your technicians in a variety of outdoor and indoor settings and seasonal weather.
