EcoShield Pest Solutions in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Start Technician to deliver a 5-star customer experience by performing initial pest control services, including chemical applications and manual treatments for new customers.

The Seasonal Start Technician will follow routes, communicate with office staff, and maintain accurate records while using proper safety gear and equipment. Training and pest licensing are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided).

Position Summary

• Follow assigned routes, communicate effectively with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate service records.

• Maintain equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in proper workingcondition, whileutilizingtechnology to manage appointments and customer information.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Possessa valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.

• Earn andmaintainstate-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

This position offers an hourly base pay of $18.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
