EcoShield Pest Solutions in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled pest control visits. You will inspect properties, perform interior and exterior treatments, and explain solutions to customers while maintaining accurate service records.

Requirements include 1+ years of customer service, a valid driver's license with 3+ years driving history, and willingness to obtain state pest control licensing if needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
