Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks a Service Technician to deliver pest control services during scheduled maintenance, inspecting for activity and applying solutions while building lasting customer relationships.

You will explain treatments, answer questions, and keep accurate service records, communicating with the office as needed. The role requires safety-minded, detail-oriented service and reliable vehicle operation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and determine treatment needs.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, and maintain accurate service records; communicate with office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles for service readiness.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements and safety standards while using technology to manage appointments and documentation.
