Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Seattle seeks a Service Technician to deliver high-quality pest control services during scheduled appointments, inspect properties, and communicate treatment plans clearly to customers.

You will inspect for pest activity, apply approved treatments, maintain accurate service records, and support the office with timely updates. A valid driver’s license and customer-focused approach are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
