Responsibilities

• Enter/exit structures and climb stairs, ladders, and crawl spaces as needed.
• Deliver premier customer service to resolve pest issues.
• Read and interpret pesticide labels to mix products correctly.
• Record activities and complete paperwork after services.
• Perform residential pest management routes with high service quality and efficiency.
• Conduct customer consultations, identify conducive conditions, and perform proper treatments.
• Maintain company equipment, vehicle, and gas card in good condition.
• Address customer concerns using integrated pest management strategies.
