Job summary

Hawx Pest Control is seeking a skilled Pest Control Service Professional to inspect and treat residential and commercial properties using environmentally responsible products. You will provide top-tier customer service and follow a structured daily schedule of services in a full-time role.

The position requires physical activity and movement through various structures; you will work with PPE, read pesticide labels, and maintain company equipment and records.

Qualifications

• Proficient with standard documents and spreadsheets; able to learn new software quickly.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to tools and processes.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, climb over and on top of structures, ascend/descend stairs and ladders.
• Deliver premier customer service to resolve pest issues.
• Read and interpret pesticide labels to correctly mix products based on areas measured and quantities needed.
• Record work activities and complete all paperwork after finishing services.
• Perform residential pest management service routes with high levels of service and efficiency.
• Conduct customer consultations, inspections, identify/eliminate conducive conditions and apply proper treatments.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle and gas card and other job-related items.
• Address and alleviate customer concerns using integrated pest management strategies.
• Demonstrate safety in all job duties and promote a culture of safety within the team.
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times.
