Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret pesticide labels and follow safety policies.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding pest control tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, climb, crawl).

Responsibilities

• Inspect and perform pest control treatments for residential and commercial customers.
• Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, stairs, and ladders as required.
• Deliver premier customer service to resolve pest issues.
• Read and interpret pesticide labels to mix products correctly.
• Record activities and complete paperwork after services.
• Maintain company equipment, vehicle, and gas card.
• Follow integrated pest management strategies to address concerns.
