Job summary

Hawx Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Service Professional to inspect and treat residential and commercial properties with environmentally responsible products. The role emphasizes premier customer service, safety, and reliable daily scheduling.

You will join a technology-driven company renowned for its growth opportunities and culture that rewards teamwork. Training provided; must hold applicable Field Rep or Applicator licenses and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must pass required background check and drug screening and motor vehicle record.
• Must be 21 years or older w/ valid driver's license
• Must have Field Rep licenses or Applicator licenses
• Works well in the presence of all pests
• Physical labor experience (working in outside conditions)
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, climb over and on top of structures, ascend and descend stairs and ladders.
• Deliver premier customer service to resolve pest issues.
• Read and interpret pesticide labels to correctly mix products based on areas measured and quantities needed.
• Record work activities and complete all paperwork after finishing services.
• Perform residential pest management service routes with high level of customer service, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Complete all duties required by a pest/mosquito/termite service professional: customer consultation, inspection, identify/eliminate conducive conditions and perform proper treatments.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle and gas card and other job-related items.
• Address and alleviate customer concerns using integrated pest management strategies
