Hawx Services, LLC is seeking a Pest Control Service Professional to inspect and treat residential and commercial properties using environmentally responsible products. You will deliver top-tier customer service, follow a daily service schedule, and apply pest management plans in a professional manner.

Full-time position with hourly pay between $19.00 and $23.00, reflecting experience and local market conditions. Training provided to help you succeed and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with common office software and ability to learn new tools
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience improving workflows and coordinating across teams

Responsibilities

• Enter/exit structures during pest control visits and safely access crawl spaces
• Deliver premier customer service and resolve pest issues
• Read and interpret pesticide labels to mix products correctly per area
• Record work activities and complete paperwork after services
• Perform residential pest management routes with professionalism and efficiency
• Conduct consultations, inspections, and proper treatments for pests, mosquitoes, and termites
• Maintain company equipment, vehicle, and gas card
• Address customer concerns using integrated pest management strategies
• Uphold safety policies and reinforce a culture of safety
