• Support recruiting and training of Orkin Pros.
• Lead training meetings and Ride-A-Long program.
• Ensure customer expectations are met with empathy.
• Champion innovation and adoption of new products.
• Monitor scheduling, routing and inventory for efficiency.
• Engage in community service projects.
