You will lead a team of service technicians, coordinate schedules, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. This is a full-time role based in California with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid SPCB Branch 2 and 3 license.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Service Management role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
