Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Manager to lead Field Managers and Service Technicians in delivering pest control services to our recurring customers. You will hire, train, and develop a high-performing team focused on exceptional customer experience and growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes coaching, route optimization, safety, and budget-conscious operations. Candidates should have 2+ years in pest control with prior management experience, a valid driver’s license with 3+

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Service Technicians to support team performance, employee engagement, and operational goals.
• Provide ongoing field coaching, performance feedback, and accountability to ensure team members meet service quality, productivity, safety, and customer experience expectations.
• Monitor operational performance, including route efficiency, service completion, customer retention, inventory utilization, and service quality metrics to identify opportunities and improve execution in partnership with Field Managers, Technicians and Sales.
• Support field operations as needed by running service routes, auditing daily service tickets, assisting with incident reporting, managing expenses within budget, and participating in weekly leadership meetings.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions related to service delivery, scheduling priorities, customer escalations, and resource allocation within established guidelines.
• Promote adherence to company safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements while ensuring service teams operate in a safe and compliant manner.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $70,000 and $75,000.
