EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks a Service Manager to lead field teams delivering services to our recurring customers. You will hire, onboard, train, and develop Service Technicians, while coaching performance and ensuring top-tier customer experience.

You will monitor routes, service quality, safety, and metrics, and support field operations by running routes, handling escalations, and managing expenses within budget. This role emphasizes safety, compliance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop Service Technicians to support team performance and growth.
• Provide ongoing field coaching, feedback, and accountability to ensure quality, productivity, safety, and customer experience.
• Monitor performance metrics like route efficiency, service completion, customer retention, and inventory usage; collaborate with Field Managers, Technicians and Sales to improve execution.
• Support field operations by running service routes, auditing tickets, assisting with incident reporting, and managing expenses within budget.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions on service delivery, scheduling, escalations, and resource allocation within guidelines.
• Promote adherence to safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements for a safe, compliant service team.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $70,000 and $75,000.
