EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Manager for Additional Services in Illinois to lead a team delivering termite control, mosquito treatments, wildlife removal, and insulation services.

You will drive technician performance through onboarding, structured field training, and performance management while ensuring top customer experience and supporting revenue growth with Sales and Field Managers. Base pay is $60,000 with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of pest control experience and prior management preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old and hold a valid driver's license.
• 3+ years of driving history with a company vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Additional Service Technicians through onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Ensure service quality, safety, and regulatory compliance through ride-alongs, audits, and inspections.
• Own the customer experience by resolving issues and coaching technicians to satisfaction.
• Support revenue growth by identifying service opportunities and coordinating with Sales and Field Managers.
• Oversee operations including inventory, equipment, routing, GPS data and service effectiveness.
• Provide field support by completing routes as needed and respond to urgent service requests.
